1. The accused was granted permission by the earlier
Division Bench by order dated 12.1.2007 to leave India
for a period from 15.1.2007 to 30.3.2007. Now the
applicant has come back to India and he again want to go
to foreign country in connection with his business.
Therefore, this application for permission to go abroad
for a period of one year.

2. We do not find that at a stretch we should grant
permission to him to go out of India for one year

because the Court should have control over the accused
in India where the appeal is pending. Therefore, we
grant permission for a period of six months initially
and after he returns back he may apply again for a
further period.

3. Six months’ permission to go out of India is granted
from today.

4. Criminal application disposed of.
