 sentence of imprisonment for 5 years
 for the offence punishable under
 Section 412 of the I.P.C. for bail
 pending his appeal. However, as this
 application was not listed for a long
 time by the office, he has been
 already released from the jail after
 undergoing sentence awarded to him.
