 1. The applicant is the appellant in Criminal

 Appeal No. 4 of 2003. He is convicted in Sessions Case
 No. 334 of 1991 on 19.12.2002 under sections 498-A, 304B
 and 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and
 was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life.
 Application filed by the applicant for bail was already
 rejected. Therefore the applicant has approached to this
 Court for temporary bail on a ground that there is a

 marriage of his daughter on 24.11.2007. It is an

 admitted fact at bar that earlier during the pendency of
 the appeal furlough was granted to the applicant and the
 applicant has surrendered on time. Therefore, looking to

 the cause, namely, the marriage of the applicant’s
 daughter, we are inclined to grant temporary bail to the
 applicant for a period of 15 days commencing from
 22.11.2007. In the circumstances, application is
 allowed. Applicant be released on a temporary bail for a
 period of 15 days commending from 22.11.2007 so that he
 can participate in the marriage of his daughter.
 Applicant be released on temporary bail on furnishing
 cash deposit of Rs.10,000/-. However, the applicant
 shall attend the L.T.Marg, Mumbai Police Station on every
 alternate day while on temporary bail. Application is
 disposed of.
