2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that
statement of the Petitioner was not recorded in an
investigation of crime No.262 of 2007 and that
certain accused persons are not arrested. The
learned APP states that statement of the petitioner
has been recorded and except the accused persons who
are absconding, rest of the accused were arrested and
were released on bail by the concerned Magistrate.
Therefore, there is no substance in the Petition.
Petition is hereby rejected.
