2. This is the second bail application by the
applicant. Earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected
by the order dated 30.6.2006. It was rejected on
merits. The applicant is 67 years old. This court
is informed that the applicant has already filed
paper book. The appeal was also placed on board for
final hearing at one stage. However, now it is not
on board for final hearing. Keeping that in view and
considering the age of the applicant, liberty to the
applicant to apply for bail after 31st January, 2008,
that is, after one and half year from date of earlier
order, if the appeal is not heard till then. If such
application is filed, same may be placed before the
regular court for hearing. With these observations
this application is disposed of.
