The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff states that defendants - Raj Prakash Spinning Mills Limited has been ordered to be wound up by the Gujarat High Court. He states that the Official Liquidator has been appointed. He states that the plaintiff has filed his claim before the Official Liquidator in respect of the suit claim. In view of this, he seeks permission to withdraw the suit. The suit is allowed to be withdrawn. Refund of court fees, if any, as per rules.
