. Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner.
. He submits that Interim order be passed directing
the trial Court to permit the Petitioner-defendant
no.2 to file his written statement to the counter
claim filed by the defendant no.1-1. However, from
the record it appears that no specific order is passed
by the trial Court whereby the present Petitioner is
not allowed to file his written statement to the
counter claim.
. Under these circumstances the Petitioner may move
the trial Court seeking permission to file written
statement to the counter claim or additional written
statement and the trial Court to dispose of the said
application according to law.
. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this
order duly signed by Sheristedar of this Court.
