four years at the stage of admission, and on 1.8.2006
when it was called out none remained present for the
petitioner. As per the said order dated 1.8.2006 the
petition has been dismissed against the Respondent No.5.
2. Today also none is present for the petitioner.
Though it has been prayed to set aside the order of
allotment of ration shops in favour of Respondent Nos.5
to 6, the copy of the said order has not been placed on
record.
3. Petition is therefore dismissed for non prosecution.
