1. All these four petitions are allowed to
be withdrawn, since in other four matters we have
directed the Magistrate to hear the applications
for discharge on merits. In these petitions also
the accused are permitted to file his discharge
application before the Magistrate within two
weeks from today and the same shall also be
decided by the Magistrate along with other
applications within four weeks thereafter on the
ground of delay and other grounds. In view of
this matter, these applications are disposed of
as withdrawn.
2. The concerned Magistrate to act upon an
ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by
the Court Sheristedar.
