P.C.:
1. Heard the learned advocate for the Petitioner
and learned A.P.P. for the State in all the above
matters.
2. All the petitioners in their respective
petitions, have been issued show-cause notices and
directed to deposit their licensed weapons. The
contention of the issuing authority is that an
offence vide C.R.No. 58 of 2006 has been
registered against them. That offence is under
Section 342 of IPC. The offence has nothing to do
with the holding of licensed weapons. The learned
A.P.P. through Police Inspector Mr.Bansote and
A.P.I. Kadam, makes a statement that they will
withdraw all these three show-cause Notices. Upon
this statement, all the three petitions are
disposed of.
