. Heard Mr.Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the

petitioner and	we	have no doubt i	n our	mind that	the
petition is	misco	nceived. It se	eks to	challenge	the
communication	dated	9th June 2005	issued	from	the
office of	the	Commissioner of	Co-operative	and	the
Registrar of		Co-operative	Societies,	Maha	rashtra
State and	addre	ssed to the	Divi	sional	Joint
Registrar,	Co-oper	ative Societies, N	ashik.	The	said
communication	has	given instructions	to	conduct	a
fresh enquiry	and	submit a fresh	report.	Further	the
officer was	called	upon to furnish	his	explanation	as
to why he	submit	ted an incorrect	report t	o the	senior
officers.	The	petitioner cannot	have gri	evance if	a
fresh report	was	directed to be	submitted	by	the

Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies at Nashik and an explanation was sought from the said officer. The communication is basically an inter

office document and we do not find any substance in

the petitioner’s challenge to the same.

. The petition is, therefore, rejected
