 1. This is an application impugning an
 order dated 6.10.2005 directing the
 petitioner to deposit an amount of
 Rs.50,000/-. However, he had deposited
 Rs.20,000/- and thereafter defaulted.
 Thereafter, by order dated 17.2.2006
 and 6.3.2006 non bailable warrants were
 issued. In my view, this is not a fit
 case for interference. Hence, this
 petition is rejected. However, as a
 matter of indulgence and as a last
 change one week time is granted to pay
 the remaining amount. If the amount is

 not paid within a period of one week,
 non bailable warrant may be executed
 against the applicant. Non bailable
 warrant issued earlier is stayed for
