1. This is an application for
relaxation of condition imposed in my
order dated 3.2.2006 directing the
applicant to report once in a month on
every first Monday at Kothrud Police
Station. It is sought to be pointed
out that the applicant is aged 60 years
and is suffering from several disease
including heart disease, severe
backache with spinal stenosis. He has
been advised bed rest and minimum
walking and driving. The other
contentions raised are that the trial
was pending for last three years and

the bail granted did not stipulate any
condition of attendance. In view of
this matter, application is partly
allowed. The order dated 3.2.2006 is
partly modified and the condition
imposed upon the applicant to report at
the Kothrud police station once in a
month on every first Monday is relaxed
and he will report once in six months
on the first Monday of January and July
of each year . Application is disposed
off.
