2. Admittedly, the son of the petitioner, now,
is in Jail Hospital. The Jailor, who is present,
states that whenever it is found that the son of the
petitioner is not required to be kept in the Jail
Hospital, he will be removed to other prison.
Jailor also states that it was on the application of
the son of the petitioner that there was threat to
his life that he was required to be kept in Anda
Cell and, then, in Jail Hospital. We do not find
any reason to interfere with this matter. Hence,
petition is dismissed.
