1. The learned advocate for the
petitioner states that in view of the
judgment passed in the Writ Petition No.465
of 2001 along with number of other petitions
regarding similar grievance on 23rd April,
2002, the grievance of the petitioner, as
disclosed in the present petition, does not
survive. The petitioner, however, is not
informed of further development consequent
to the directions issued by this Court in
the Writ Petition No.465 of 2001. The
learned advocate, however, fairly concedes

that in relation to those developments
consequent to the directions issued, it
would be a fresh cause of action for the
petitioner, and in that case the petitioner
would be entitled to file a fresh petition.
2. In the circumstances, therefore,
with the said liberty, the petitioner craves
leave to withdraw the present petition. The
petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the
said liberty and accordingly stands disposed
of.
