learned AGP fairly submitted that the impugned order
does not disclose the grievance made by the
Petitioner in his representation dated 1.7.2004,
and, accordingly the Respondents Authority will pass
appropriate order on the said representation in
accordance with the provisions of the law within a
period of six weeks.
2. We accept the said statement. On such

statement being accepted by this court, learned
Advocate for the petitioner craves leave to withdraw
the Petition with liberty to approach the Court in
case the need arises.
3. Accordingly, while accepting the statement
made on behalf of the Respondents, the Petition is
allowed to be withdrawn with the said liberty.
Hence, petition stands disposed of accordingly.
4. In order to enable the Authorities to decide
the said representation, the Petitioner to appear
before the concerned Authority on 5.9.2006 at 11.00
a.m. along with the copy of the representation.
