impugned		order.	The	view taken	by	the	Court	below
is	a	reasonable	and	possible	view.		Having	accepted
V.R.S.		and	having	pocketed	the		amount	of
compensat	ion	paid	under	V.R.S.	Scheme,	it	was	not
open	for	the	petition	ers to	challenge		the ac	ceptance
of	V.R.S.	Sch	eme	and claim	employm	ent	on the	basis
of b	elatedly	filed	com	plaint and	seek		condonation	of
delay	in	filing	suc	h complaint.		The	co	mplainant
cannot	be	allowed	to	blow hot	and	cold;		retaining
the	amou	nt of	co	mpensation ob	tained	under	the	VRS
Scheme.		The	applica	tion for	condona	tion	was	rightly
rejected	by	the Cou	rt b	elow. Th	is is	not	a fit	case

for exercising writ jurisdiction under Articles 226

and 227 of the Constitution of India.
