 1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. By this
 Petition the Petitioner has challenged an order passed
 by Respondent No.2 - Committee invalidating his Caste
 Certificate belonging to Mahadev Koli (Scheduled Tribe).
 It appears that during the pendency of the Petition the
 Petitioner has already completed the Engineering Degree
 Course. Today, the Petitioner has filed an undertaking

 to this Court that in future he will not claim any
 benefits on the basis of the said Caste Certificate.

 The said undertaking is taken on record and marked ‘X’

 for identification. In view of the decision of the

 Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of State of

Maharashtra V/s.Milind - AIR 2001 SC 393, the said
 undertaking is hereby accepted.

 2. In view of the said undertaking petition stands

¶16

 disposed of in the above terms. Needless to state that
 the invalidation of the Caste Certificate will not in
 any way affect the Degree of Engineering which has
 already been obtained by the Petitioner.
