appearing for the First Respondent (XLO India Limited) have during the course of the hearing made several suggestions for resolving the dispute amicably. At the hearing of the Petition, the Petitioner is present before the Court. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Counsel appearing for the First Respondent have jointly stated before the Court on instructions respectively from the Petitioner and an authorized representative of the First Respondent
that it is agreed between the parties that the First Respondent

shall pay to the Petitioner a total sum of Rs.2 lacs in full and final settlement of all the claims, dues and outstandings of the Petitioner in respect of his services with the First Respondent. Counsel appearing for the First Respondent states that the amount shall be paid within a period of one week from today. Statement accepted. In the circumstances, the Petition shall stand disposed of in view of the settlement which has been arrived at between the parties before the Court, as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs.
Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order issued by the office of this Court.
