consent in the following manner:-
"The respondent shall be made permanent as a
Lineman/Pump Operator w.e.f. 14.5.1993 but
shall not be entitled to arrears of wages as a

permanent employee until 17.1.2001. In other
words, the respondent shall be entitled to the
wages of a permanent employee as a
Lineman/Pump Operator w.e.f. 18.1.2001".
3. Accordingly the order in Writ Petition No. 5711 of 2005 is recalled and modified as aforesaid.
4. Review petition disposed of accordingly.
