The Official Assignee has in his report prayed that the balance lying in the insolvency proceedings be transferred to the Unclaimed Dividend Capital Account in accordance with Rule 178 of the Bombay Insolvency Rules, 1910 and that the account may be closed for administrative purposes. The balance lying at present is Rs.7,577.07.
The relevant facts are as follows :
