prepared in 1997 but through inadvertence remained to
be filed. Even on an earlier occasion, time was
granted to the Defendants to file their written
statement. But the same remained to be filed. As a
last chance, the Defendants are at liberty to file
their written statement subject to the payment of
costs of Rs.2500/- within three weeks from today.
Office to accept the written statement only upon the
proof that the costs have been paid within three weeks
from today.
2.The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed
of.
