1. The only dispute now is whether the four
bills of the Veer Maratha Security and Personal
Services which are relied upon by the plaintiffs
and inspection thereof is given or not. The
learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that
inspection is given. Defendant no.5 desires copies
of the sad documents. Plaintiffs agreed to give
copies within one week. If plaintiffs are relying
upon any payment by cheque then the plaintiffs will
also give details thereof within one week.
2. In the aforesaid circumstances, no further
orders are necessary in Chamber Summons No.95 of
2006 and Notice of Motion No.212 of 2006. Both are
disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
3. In so far as suit no.2014 of 1980 is
concerned, Defendant no.5 to file additional
written statement within 2 weeks from today.
Matter to be placed for issues after two weeks.
