 . The leaned counsel appearing for the

 plaintiffs states that he does not desire to press
 the present suit and seeks leave to withdraw the
 suit with the liberty to file an appropriate
 comprehensive suit raising all grievances. In that
 view of the matter the suit is permitted to be

 withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh suit on the
 same cause of action. Refund of court fee as per

 rules.

 2. The learned advocate for the defendants

 states that he will not prevent the entry of the
 plaintiffs who are the directors of the 1st
 defendant company in the office/factory premises of
 the defendant no. 1. However, he states that the
 plaintiffs should not bring along with him other
 persons which the plaintiffs agree to do so. The
 said arrangement will continue for the period of
 three weeks during which period the plaintiff to
 adopt appropriate legal proceedings as may be

 available in law.

 3. In view of the aforesaid order, suit as well
 as motion stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
