time of three weeks may be given to the appellant to deposit the
amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as directed in the order dated 5th June, 2006.
deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Registry of this court. It is clarified that if the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- is not deposited within the extended time, civil application shall stand dismissed and the decree holder shall be entitled to execute the decree. Order accordingly.
