P.C.: 1.		The Appea	l is admitted	against the order of
conviction.		The	conviction	of the Applicant	is	for
offence	under	section	309 of	the Indian Penal	Code.	The
substantive		sentence	is	of simple imprisonment	of	one
year.		The fine	amount	is already deposited.	The	bail

pending admission is already granted to the Applicant.

The Applicant was on bail throughout the trial.

	i)	The	Applicant	shall be enla	rged	on the	same
bail	on	which	he	was en	larged	during	the
pendency	of		the	Appeal,subject	to	filing	of
fresh	bail	bonds	within	a period	of	four	weeks.
	ii)	The	bail	is granted sub	ject	to	condition
that	the	Ap	plicant	will report	to	the	concerned
Police	Station	o	nce in	every	month	till	disposal
of				the			Appeal.
