2. In my order dated 19.1.2006 I had
granted leave to amend and to file
fresh consent terms. The Advocate for
the applicant states that the
charge-sheet was filed on 22.1.1993 and
the number of the case is Regular Case
No.7/1993. It appears that, before the
Division Bench complainant and the
accused who are parties to the criminal
complaint have settled their disputes

by filing Minutes or order dated
8.8.2000. Under Clause 4 of the said
Minutes of order, the appellant and the
respondents as well as the State has
agreed to settle all the disputes and
to withdraw all the pending proceedings
within one month from the date
mentioned in the Minutes of order.
These minutes of order were made rule
of the court by a separate order passed
by the Division Bench on 8.8.2000. The
present consent terms are filed in view
of the settlement arrived at earlier in
this court. The consent terms filed on
the Minutes of order dated 19.12.2005
seeks quashing of Regular Case No.7 of
1993. As the parties have resolved
their disputes, there shall be an order
in terms of Minutes of order dated
19.12.2005. Application stands
disposed of.
