1. Heard both sides. This is an
application for modifying the order
of grant of bail and relaxing the
condition of attending the Dadar
police station once a week. The
condition was imposed by an order
dated 28.10.2004. Bail was granted
by reasoned order because the matter
was found to be arguable on merits.
Police inspector is present in the
Court and the APP after taking
instructions, states that the
applicant has been attending since
November-2004. In the circumstances,
the condition of attending every week
: 2 :
is modified to the extent that the
applicant shall attend the concerned
police station twice a month on every
1st and 3rd Monday between 10.00 &
6.00 P.M. He will report to the
station house officer of the said
police station. Application stands
disposed of.
