allegation of abusing of bail. The
conviction is under Section 436 of
IPC and the maximum sentence is of
one year. The fine has been paid.
In the circumstances, pending the

appeal, on his surrendering, the
applicant be released on the same
bail as in the trial Court subject
to his furnishing fresh bond. It is
further directed that pending the
