September		1997	the	learned mot	ion J	udge	was	directed	to
dispose		of	notice	of mo	tion	no.2314/	1997	expedi	tiously.
At	this	distance	of	time, we	presume	the	said	notice	of
motion	must	ha	ve	been disposed	of.	Since		the	appeal
arises	out	of	ad-	interim order,	upon	disposa	l	of	the

said notice of motion, obviously, nothing shall survive

in the appeal.

Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
