The suit has been placed on Board since the parties
have intimated the registry by a precipe that the suit has been settled and that Consent Terms have to be filed. At that stage, it was noticed that the decree in Summons for Judgment 956 of 1997 in Summary Suit 2007 of 1997 (National Textiles Corporation Ltd. v. Ankur Building Co. & Ors) has been placed in the file of these proceedings. This appears to be an obvious error. Upon further verification the attention of the Court has been drawn to the fact that the number of the Summary Suit in the above mentioned proceedings has wrongly been mentioned as Summary Suit 2007 of 1997 and should read as 2007 of 1994. The registry to take directions from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for placing the matter
before the appropriate Bench, for rectification of the title in the
