On 14th July 2006 the Plaintiff was directed to adduce
evidence in support of its case and for that purpose to file the original documents and affidavits of its witnesses in lieu of Examination-in-Chief. On 24th August 2006, this Court granted, on the request of Counsel for the Plaintiff, one last opportunity to make an effort to contact the Plaintiff. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff states that though letters have been addressed to the Plaintiff, no instructions are forthcoming. The suit is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
