 . By consent of the parties, the following
 order is passed:

 1. The learned counsel for the petitioners
 states that the President and Secretary of the
 Petitioner Association is present in court.

 2. The petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.250000
 in full and final settlement of all the claims of

 the deceased teacher towards the back wages of her

¶16

 service as a principal in the petitioner school.

 3. The said Rs.250000 to be paid in five equal
 monthly instalment commencing from 5.6.06. The
 said payment will be made on the 5th of each
 succeeding month till the entire amount is paid.
 If the entire amount is not so paid, the
 petitioners will pay the amount with 18% interest
 p.a. However, if the amount with interest is not
 paid on or before 31.12.06 then the petition to
 stand dismissed and respondents will be entitled to
 entire amount as if the order impugned herein has
 to be executed in the normal course. If the amount
 of Rs.250000 is paid in the aforestated manner then
 in that event the impugned order will set aside and
 the petition stands allowed.

 4. The learned counsel for the government

 states that they will process the application of
 the deceased respondent teacher in accordance with
 the law within a period of 6 weeks. The learned
 counsel for the respondent states that they will
 comply with all the requirements of the government

 for the purpose of processing the papers and the

¶22

 petitioner association will cooperate with the
 same. It is made clear that the Government will
 process the papers on the basis that the deceased
 respondent teacher will be superannuated as on
 31.7.00 in the post of a principal. Writ Petition
 disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
