1. Heard. Undisputedly, the
petitioners have approached the Child
Welfare Committee for release of the
minors. Undisputedly, the enquiry in
that regard is pending. At the same
time, it is revealed that the police
have submitted their report as long
back as in the month of November, 2004.
Considering the statutory provisions
prescribed limit for disposal of such
enquiry, the Child Welfare Committee is
expected and required to dispose of the
enquiry and pass the appropriate order
in accordance with the provisions of
law on or before 30.4.2005. Order
accordingly. Petition stands disposed
of.
