is appearing for the respondents makes a statement on
instructions that representations made by the
petitioners for cancellation of excise licence from
time to time would be adjudicated upon in accordance
with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of
communication of the order, following the principles of
nature justice. In view of this statement made by the
learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the
learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks
permission to withdraw this petition. Petition is
dismissed as withdrawn with no orders as to costs.
