. The issue raised by the petitioners is covered
by the judgment of a Division dated 29.3.200l in a
group of petitions filed by Zunka Bhakar
Kendrachalak Sanghatana and Zunka Bhakar
Kendrachalak Association.
2. Against that judgment,Special Leave Petition
No.8354 of 200l was preferred before the Supreme
Court. The Supreme Court has granted Special Leave
on l3.7.2004. While granting the Special Leave,
the Supreme Court made it clear that interim orders

granted in three Appeals are confined to the
Appellants therein.
3. A similar petition filed Zunka Bhakar
Kendrachalak Sanghatana was dismissed by the Bench
of the Hon‘ble the Chief Justice and Mr. Justice
Vazifdar. If the petitioners are so advised, they
may appear before the Supreme Court. Petition is
dismissed.
4. Ad-interim order of status quo for a period
of six weeks.
