1. On the same facts one writ petition was
disposed of being (lodging) No.1578 of 2005 by the
Division Bench presided by the Hon’ble The Chief
Justice vide its order dated July 11, 2005. In view
of that, we pass following order :
2. The petition has been filed against the
order passed by the Hon’ble Mr.Justice S.D. Pandit
(Retd.) by which the Committee has reduced the fees
which was fixed from Rs.34,000/- (for accredited
course) and Rs.35,000/- (for course not accredited)
to Rs.28,300/- for both the courses.
3. This order has admittedly been passed after
hearing the petitioner. We are not inclined to

interfere with the impugned order, however, we grant
liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive
representation to the committee of Hon’ble Mr.
Justice S.D. Pandit (Retd.). We hope and trust that
the representation filed by the petitioner would be
considered by the committee as expeditiously as
possible.
4. The petitioner would be at liberty to raise
all the questions before the Committee including the
question of refund before the Committee. The
petitioner undertakes to appear before the Committee
to cut short the delay on 3rd October, 2005.
5. No further directions are necessary in this
writ petition. The petition is accordingly disposed
of.
