2. This petition is similar to Writ
Petition No.4746 of 2005 which we have
allowed today morning. Mr.Nargolkar
does not dispute that the facts of this
petition are similar to the earlier
mentioned petition which has been
allowed. The rules involved are also
the same and the course for which the
Petitioner is seeking admission is also
the same.
3. In the circumstances, we issue
Rule on the petition. Rule is made
returnable forthwith.
4. Heard both the learned counsel.
5. For the reasons, which are
stated in the judgment rendered in Writ
Petition No.4746 of 2005, this petition
also stands allowed in terms of prayer
(a).
