the parties.
2. An affidavit in reply has been
filed by the Deputy Education Officer
(Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur.
He has confirmed the fact that the
dispute with respect to the right of
the Petitioners on the one hand and
Respondents Nos.5 to 7 on the other
hand to be the rightful management of
the particular Trust is pending before
the Joint Charity Commissioner,
Kolhapur. In this view of the matter,
the proper course will be that the
parties should abide by the decision to
be rendered by the Joint Charity
Commissioner subject to further
remedies that are available to them in
law. We request the Joint Charity
Commissioner to decide the pending
proceedings expeditiously.
