1.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2.Against the order impugned in the present
writ petition dated 28.11.2003 passed by the
Divisional Assistant Registrar, Co-operative
Societies, Kolhapur, the petitioner has already filed
the revision application before respondent no.6. In
view of this, Mr Delvi, learned counsel for the
petitioner, fairly stated that the petitioner will be
satisfied if directions are given to respondent no.6
to dispose of the revision application within
timeframe. Mr Choudhari, learned counsel for the
respondent, has no objection for passing such order.
Hence, the following order.
(a) Respondent no.6 shall endeavour to dispose of the
revision application (Exhibit-C) filed by the
petitioner against the aforementioned order dated

28.11.2003 as expeditiously as possible and
preferably within three months from the date of
production of this order before the concerned
authority. The petitioner to produce a copy of this
order before respondent no.6 within two weeks from
today.
(b) Needless to state that respondent no.6 shall
decide the revision on merits in accordance with law.
(c) The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
