. Heard Mr.Prabhu, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Mr.Sawant, learned counsel for
respondent no.1.
2. Mr.Prabhu, learned counsel for the
petitioner states that his client is not responding
to his telephone calls and in view thereof he
expressed his inability to argue this petition on
merits. Mr.Sawant, learned counsel for respondent
no.1 submits that as per his instructions the sole
petitioner has expired on 8.11.1997. This petition
was filed challenging the order dated 11.1.1992 by
which the application filed by respondent no.1
seeking amendment was allowed. Keeping that in

view and considering the submissions made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties the writ
petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
