. After the matter was heard for some time,
Mr.Patel appearing for the petitioner does not press
this petition any more. He undertakes to the court
that the amount as directed to be deposited will be
deposited within 2 weeks hereafter. He makes a request
that on that footing the appeal be heard after the
amount is deposited within 2 weeks.
2. Mr.Asokan appearing for the respondents has
no objection. Accordingly, in view of the statement
made by Mr.Patel, petition is allowed to be withdrawn

with directions to the Tribunal not to dismiss the
appeal for a period of 3 weeks. The petitioner will
deposit the amount with the concerned department within
2 weeks and produce a receipt before the Tribunal.
3. Matter will be listed thereafter in the
Tribunal.
4. Petition disposed of accordingly.
