P.C. :
1. Heard Mr.Buch in support of this praecipe
which seeks to speak to the minutes of the order
passed by us on 25th November 2005 in all the
above matters. Mr.Sonpal appears for the
respondents.
2. We accept the submissions made in the
praecipe. Following sentence appearing at the end
of paragraph 3 will stand added at the end of
paragraph 4:-

" This will be after setting apart an
amount of Rs.2,500/- in the event no
professional tax has been deducted from
month to month during the earlier period
of that year. In the event such a
professional tax has been deducted,
certainly the amount of Rs.2,500/- will
not be kept apart. In the event the
professional tax is not so deducted, the
amount of Rs.2,500/- will be kept apart
and will be paid over to the concerned
Professional Tax Section with 6%
interest."
4. Following sentence appearing in the
bracket in para-4 will stand deleted:-
" (However, this order appears not to have
been made in the last Petition i.e. Writ
Petition No.2820 of 2002.)"
5. Mr.Buch has certain further submissions to
make with respect to the Government Notification.
Having heard him, we are of the view that it will
be better that he takes out a regular Notice of

Motion for it.
6. Praecipe filed for the speaking to the
minutes stands disposed of.
