. The learned advocate for the Petitioner states
that after filing of the Petition the Investigating
Agency has filed the Charge-sheet wherein even the
Petitioner has been added as one of the accused. The
Petitioner therefore craves leave to withdraw the
Petition with liberty to approach this Court again if
occasion arises. Petition is accordingly allowed to be
withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly.
