discloses allegation of collection of
money with the promise to issue shares
of the Company and the failure in that
regard to issue shares, apparently
discloses offence under Sec. 420 of
the I.P.C. Therefore the F.I.R. has
been registered. Being so, there is no
case for interference in the said
F.I.R. Petition therefore is rejected.
