. The grievance of the petitioner is that his
application for appointment to the post of health
worker at primary health center was not considered
by the Zilla Parishad.It appears that the State
Government has already issued circular to all the
Zilla Parishads not to make any appointments in
primary health centers if the staff is in excess
than the sanctioned strength. It is seen from the
letter of the District Health Officer that there is
excess staff in Sangli District, therefore the
petitioner’s application came to be rejected. Thus
no interference is called for in the petition .
Petition is dismissed.
