In view of the fact that the orders have been passed by Industrial Court directing the petitioners to take away goods from one place to another the Industrial Court also has the power to see that the orders made by it are promptly implemented. The petitioners therefore have a right to approach the Court to seek appropriate implementation of the orders passed by Industrial Court. That being the avenue available to the petitioners, we see no reason to interfere. Keeping that avenue open to the petitioners this writ petition is disposed of. 20.7.2005
