 2. We have heard learned counsel appearing for

 the parties.

 3. The issue involved in this Petition is

 covered by the decision of this Court in Writ
 Petition No.1538 of 2001 (Maharashtra Suraksha
 Rakshak Aghadi V. Security Guards Board for Gr.
 Bombay and Thane and Ors., decided on 5th February,
 2005).

 3. Mr.Thakur, learned counsel appearing for

 the Petitioners states that the concerned security
 guards will apply to the Board for registration
 within two weeks from today. The Board shall
 decide the application within four weeks from the
 date of receipt thereof and allot the security
 guards as far as possible to the establishment of
 Respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 is already
 registered under the Maharashtra Private Security
 Guards (Regulations of Employment and Welfare)
 Scheme, 1981 as amended by Notification dated 1st
 November, 2002.

 4. The present security guards shall be
 continued till appropriate decision is taken by the
 Board.

 5. The Petition stands disposed of.
