It is submitted that the District Magistrate and Collector, Sangli, has not passed any order in the reply submitted by the Petitioner. In the facts and circumstances, we direct the District Magistrate and Collector, Sangli, to adjudicate the reply submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. No further directions are necessary. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
