have entered into an agreement with the third party
M/s.Kadam Associates, the defendants are directed to
furnish to the plaintiff the address of the third
party and also serve a copy of the alleged agreement
entered into with the third party within a period of
two weeks. In view of this direction, the learned
counsel for the plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the
motion with liberty to apply afresh after making
appropriate averments even against the third party.
3. Leave granted. Motion disposed of with the
directions mentioned above.
